Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?

Great question! Hiring a full-time senior designer can cost over $100,000 annually, plus benefits—not to mention how hard it can be to find one.

And even if you do, you might not have enough consistent work to keep them busy, meaning you're paying for downtime.

With our monthly plan, you have full flexibility to pause and resume as needed, so you're only paying for design work when you actually need it.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

Once subscribed, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you need, and we'll deliver them one by one.

How fast will I receive my designs?

Most requests are completed in just two days or less on average, though more complex projects may take a bit longer.

What will I receive in 48 hours?

Typical requests are delivered within 48 hours on average, including brand concepts, landing pages, or social template collections. For larger requests, you'll receive deliverables every 24 hours until the entire project is completed.

Who are the designers?

At PixelPulse Design, you're not working with just one person—you’re backed by a full team of experts. Every project is managed by a dedicated project manager and supported by our in-house design team, each skilled in various aspects of design to meet your unique needs. From animations to custom illustrations, we have the right specialist to bring your vision to life.

How does the pause feature work?

We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription.

This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

How do you handle larger requests?

Larger requests are broken down on Designjoy's end. This applies to full-scale website or mobile app designs, UI/UX work, etc.

You should expect to receive a reasonable amount of work every 24-48 hours until the entire request is done.

What programs do you design in?

Most requests are designed using Figma. But we also use the Adobe Creative Suite to superpower our workflow

How do I request designs?

At PixelPulse Design, we simplify your design requests through our Client Portal. Submit your briefs directly in the portal, share files, documents, or even visual references—all in one place. Whether you prefer to write out detailed briefs, share wireframes, or send a quick video explanation, our portal is designed for seamless communication and collaboration.

What if I don't like the design?

Is there any design work you don't cover?

Yes, there are a few areas we don't cover. At PixelPulse Design, we do not handle 3D modeling, complex packaging, or extensive print design like magazines and books.

What if I only have a single request?

That’s no problem at all! You can pause your subscription anytime once your design needs are complete and pick up right where you left off when new projects come up. No wasted time or money.

Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?

Due to the high-quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
